Listed Building Consent Granted: Grosvenor Place

We are delighted to announce that our scheme for the complete refurbishment in one of the Grade II listed terraces on Grosvenor Place has just been granted Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent. We have previously written a Journal post about this building’s French Renaissance style, which you can read here.

Our collaborators

To sensitively introduce contemporary services and lighting into the historic fabric to bring the space up to contemporary office standards we collaborated with the services engineering team at Jones Hargreaves, and fire consultants C.S. Todd. Overall, these proposals will completely re-position the product for the commercial market to significantly improve letting, and we are looking forward to the next steps.
