4 S Architecture are already working on the refurbishment of the reception area of this prestigious building, and are now designing an opulent fit-out for The Club Room within the building on Piccadilly. Historic research revealed that the rear wall of this room was not an existing heritage element, but a later addition. This allowed for the new partitions enclosing the meeting room and executive office to be built right up against it, and penetrations to be created in it for heating and cooling, This not only maximised the useable area but also greatly simplified the servicing strategy to the enclosed rooms. The bespoke oak lined partitions are carefully set off from the existing heritage fabric on the two shorter sides and support a unique mezzanine workspace for 10 additional desks. This allows for the maximum occupancy to be realised, thereby increasing rental yields.
