Sustainability:

Lighting throughout is being replaced with high-efficiency LED luminaries, with automated presence detection to reduce energy use when areas are not in use. Hot water is supplied by point of use water heaters which utilise electricity in line with the governments Net Zero Carbon initiatives, and will only provide hot water in the kitchen and toilet areas when needed.
