New appointment in the St James Conservation Area of Westminster Council

We are excited to have been appointed to breathe new life into this beautiful building in the St James Conservation Area of Westminster Council.

The existing exterior of our new project in Westminster

The building dates from the early 1930s and was designed by William Walcot in the Georgian style, to pay homage to an older Georgian building on the street opposite.

The works will include improving fire safety throughout and installing new energy efficient lighting and services.

We can’t wait to share more as the project progresses.
