Planning Approval Granted in the Green Belt

We are excited to announce that our proposals for the complete transformation of this residential property in the Green Belt has been approved by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

The new design features a two storey side extension which will significantly enlarge the living space at the ground floor, and provide a new master bedroom ensuite on the floor above with a pitched cathedral ceiling. A single storey rear extension transforms a cramped kitchen into a generous space with direct connections to the garden.

The planning journey was a successful collaboration with ET Planning and involved detailed area and volume analysis and calculations to demonstrate that there was no harm to the surrounding Green Belt.
