On the boards: Brixton Hill

We are excited to be working up historically sensitive proposals for a mixed use, mixed age property in Brixton.

We will be reinstating historic shopfronts to not only improve our client’s chances of securing planning permission in this conversation area, but also to increase the property value and improve the currently fragmented streetscape.

 We are collaborating with Historic Building Studio on this exciting project which includes residential flats, workspace and of course a coffee shop.
