New appointment in Grosvenor Street

Working with an existing client who manages a commercial property portfolio, we have just been appointed for the refurbishment of all floors in this attractive historic property on Grosvenor Street. This work will add to our growing portfolio of commercial projects which you can visit here.

We’ll share more as the project progresses but the property sits in the Mayfair Conservation Area in Westminster and features beautiful heritage features throughout including intricate scroll work on the staircase balustrade and even decorative pressed banding patterns on the clay chimney pots!
