New appointment: Camberwell Grove

4 S Architecture have just been appointed to extend this beautiful semi-detached Georgian home in the Camberwell Grove Conservation Area.  This heritage property is identified as being a key unlisted building in the Conservation Area and extensions will therefore need to be carefully designed.  A beautiful stone staircase with an oculus roof light above is found internally and will provide an exciting source of inspiration for our proposals.

As well as extending the property, we will be developing proposals to improve access to the rear garden, and introduce upgrades to improve thermal efficiency within the confines of the heritage fabric.
