Update on our Piccadilly project

We have just completed Stage 3 of our reception refurbishment to the grand Grade II listed property at 105 Piccadilly. We have made life easy for our client by not only offering the interior architectural design and interior furniture selection services, but also visualisation services to accompany letting brochures and marketing documents, preparation of the planning application submission pack, writing the accompanying Heritage Statement, and making the planning submission. 4 S Architecture offer our clients great value for money by being a ‘one-stop’ shop for a range of architectural services.

We have also just been appointed to look at how to bring the building up to an EPC rating of B by 2030, when all landlords must ensure their buildings meet the new energy efficiency criteria.

4 S Architecture look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
