Planning granted for Kingston extension

We are pleased to announce that planning permission has been successfully granted for a substantial house refurbishment, loft conversion and first-floor rear extension in Kingston upon Thames, designed to accommodate the evolving needs of a growing family with three children and a fourth on the way. The design emphasises the creation of dynamic light-filled spaces, improved functionality and flexibility.

The key to the success of our proposal was ensuring the extensions blended in harmoniously with the existing architectural fabric, appearing as if they were always part of the house, however subtly differentiating them with a different brick pattern. The loft and first floor extension will introduce 3 additional bedrooms and a family bathroom ideal for this growing family.

We are looking forwarding to bringing this vision to life with our clients.

Our design slots are fully booked for this year, but do get in touch - we are securing bookings for early 2025. You can check out out our other experience here.
