We have just been appointed to work on the 8,000 sqft Cat A fit out of this elegant John Nash designed, Grade II listed building on Regent’s Circle.

The project includes the design of new kitchens and toilet cores, new services and new LED lighting on a dimming system that responds to daylight levels to minimise energy use throughout the day. The design response, which will draw inspiration from the existing building, will completely reposition the building in the market to improve lettability.

We look forward to working with the team to transform this heritage space.
