Construction Starting Soon: Ulster Terrace

Our landmark Grade II listed refurbishment project Ulster Terrace, located on the Southern edge of Regent’s Park, and designed by John Nash, is due to start on site this year. Our design proposal for the Cat A fit out of three large commercial units, draws inspiration from the existing building.

The refurbishment includes new kitchens and toilet cores, new services and new LED lighting on a dimming system that responds to daylight levels to minimise energy use throughout the day and removal of suspended ceilings to increase ceiling height throughout. Our design response will completely reposition the building in the Commerical market, and already one unit has been successfully pre-let.
